overdue

i may not like it and i may complain about it, but i am dealing with it. just like i have dealt with it for the last four years. the girl whose boyfriend has to work, the girl whose boyfriend has to study. i have been the third wheel too many times to count. i’m just so tired of waiting and waiting and waiting. i love you, you’re worth it; i get that. all i’m saying is, it’s been a long flipping time, and i’m here. a lot of girls wouldn’t be. i think i deserve a little credit.

needless to say, the countdown to the end of p.a. school has begun.
