i hate to wake you up to say goodbye

i hate to wake you up to say goodbye

clayton leaves for tallahassee today and i don’t know what i am going to do with myself. three short months, that’s nothing. lots of visits. reacquaint the boy with email. and we will be just fine.

i’m getting more and more apprehensive about living back in tampa. i left for a reason, or for several reasons. being in this house has a funny way of making me feel sixteen again. and that’s not a good thing. i just don’t want to move backwards.

  1. Don’t worry it’s just temporary. Now, in 20 years, if I find that you are still living in your parent’s house then we have a problem. Oh, are you doing anything for the weekend of the 26th? Johnny graduates on the 25th and I believe we are throwing a joint graduation party for Lily, myself, and Johnny. I’ll give you more details later.

  2. my long distance advise to you:
    get a webcam
have movie/tv dates over the phone
    write real letters
    make cheesy love cds
    draw him pictures
talk on the phone more than once a day (have some short and a long conversation)
