Heading down the road in a U-Haul towards the craziest thing we’ve done. Besides skydiving.
It snowed in February. Again and again and again. It was an undeniable statement that we were not in the Sunshine State any more.
Mama and Pops came up in March for “spring break.” It was freezing this day in Yorktown; not spring-y at all. But my parents in VA warms my heart like nothing else.
April was boring. But here is a shot I love from our May trip to D.C. We were eating dinner in a pub across the street from our killer hotel. And we match, but that’s an accident.
May’s two year anniversary trip to D.C. Loved this city.
My BFF came to visit! We found the world’s best fried pickles in Williamsburg, which I thought might keep her here indefinitely, but no such luck.
While lots of fun things happened during our July trip to Florida, it was most thrilling to meet our first nephew, Caden.
August means Happy Birthday to me! Delicious dinner at The Trellis with an even more delicious husband.
Apparently, not much happened in September. So here’s a shot from our August trip to the Shenandoah Valley. They still owe me a camera case.
We drove down to Florida in October for the FSU/Boston College game. My brother actually won tickets on a radio show. We stayed with my good friend Matt and met his sweet then-girlfriend-now-fiancee Rachel.
This was family activity day in November after a scrumptous Thanksgiving dinner, exquisitely hosted by yours truly.
